Vegan Pancakes with Banana

- 210 gflour
- 5 gbaking powder
- 1 tspcinnamon
- 1 tspvanilla sugar
- 50 gsugar cane
- 1 pinchsalt
- 2 pcsripe bananas
- 250 mlsoy milk or oat drink
- 3 tspcoconut oil for frying

Peel the bananas. For the batter, put the baking powder and soy milk into the bamix® SliceSy® with the chopping blade. Add the remaining ingredients and the bananas and mix with the bamix® on speed 2, until smooth. Leave the batter to rest for about 10 minutes.
Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan. Fry the pancakes one by one over medium heat. Bake for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Tip: The batter can be pepped up with chocolate biscuit pieces or dried berries. A little grated tonka bean can also add a special flavour.
