For the vegan mayonnaise, pour the soy milk, oil, lemon juice and mustard into the 400 ml bamix® beaker (mayo beaker). Mix with the bamix® whisk until a creamy consistency is achieved. Season the finished vegan mayonnaise to taste with salt and, if desired, sugar.
