  • 2 pcsgarlic cloves

  • 1000 mlvegetable stock
  • 100 mlcoconut milk
  • 1 pcnutmeg
  • 1 pinchsalt and pepper
  • 1 splashpumpkin seed oil

Wash the broccoli, divide into florets and dice the tender parts of the stem. Peel the potatoes and also cut them into cubes. Peel the garlic and chop it roughly using the bamix® SliceSy® and the chopping blade. Heat up the coconut oil in a large pan. Fry the garlic briefly, add the vegetable stock and then the vegetables. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are soft. Add the coconut milk. Purée with the bamix® multi-purpose blade, season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with the nutmeg which has been freshly ground in the bamix® Processor and some pumpkin seed oil, if desired. Before serving, whip briefly with the bamix® beater.
