  • 160 gicing sugar
  • 400 gbutter
  • 200 galmonds
  • 16 gvanilla sugar
  • 8 gvanilla sugar

multi-purpose blade
First, finely chop the almonds with the bamix® processor. Then, using the bamix® multi-purpose blade, mix the flour, icing sugar, vanilla sugar, butter cut into pieces and almonds to make a dough. Wrap this dough in cling film and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Then, take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll the dough into a log on a floured work surface. Cut approx. 1 to 1.5 cm thick slices from this roll. Shape the slices into crescents and bake at 175 °C on a baking tray lined with baking paper for approx. 12 to 15 minutes, until light brown.
Coat the still warm crescents with a mixture of icing sugar and vanilla sugar and then leave to cool completely.
