- 300 ggreek yoghurt
- 1 xcucumber
- 2 xgarlic cloves
- 2 stalksdill
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 1 tsplemon juice
- 1 pinchsugar
- 1 pinchsalt and pepper

Directions



Wash the cucumber and cut it into half. Scrape out the core with a spoon. Grate the cucumber. Peel the garlic, then wash the dill and chop both, using the bamix® with the meat mincer.
Put the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, garlic and spices in the beaker and briefly mix everything, using the bamix® with the mincer. Mix the grated cucumber into the mixture.
