Directions


Coarsely chop the tomatoes, bell peppers, onion and chili pepper, using the bamix® with the meat mincer.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Sauté the chopped vegetables, then add in the remaining ingredients. Bring everything to the boil and allow the mixture to boil for about 10 minutes, while stirring. Season to taste with the spices.
