Finely chop the peppers using the bamix® SliceSy® and the chopping blade, then strain the juice through a sieve. Put the chillies, drained peppers and salt in the bamix® Processor and chop everything finely. Line a baking tray with a piece of baking paper and spread out the paste in a thin layer. Set the oven to 60 °C top/bottom heat, place the baking tray in the oven and leave to dry in the oven for 3 hours with the oven door open. Then chop everything again briefly in the bamix® Processor.
