Using the bamix® and whisk attachment, beat the egg yolks with the cold water and sugar until frothy and until the mixture looks very light and fluffy.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir it into the egg yolk mixture. Using the bamix® and the beater attachment, beat the egg whites until very stiff and fold into the mixture. Spread the mixture onto a baking tray with baking paper. Spread only over half the baking tray – or use a small baking tray. Bake at upper and lower heat of 180 °C in a preheated oven for about 10–15 minutes.
