Finely chop the onion, using the bamix® with the meat mincer, sauté with oil in a saucepan. Add the ketchup, water, apple vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and lemon juice and bring to the boil.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir them in, using the bamix® with the whisk. Cook over medium heat for about 45–60 minutes to thicken, stirring occasionally.
