Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them roughly into pieces and bring them to the boil in a pot, just covered with salted water. Cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes until soft.
Strain the potatoes, reserving the cooking water. Allow the potatoes to drain well and then place them in a bowl.
Using the bamix® whisk, mix the tahini paste with approx. 175 ml of the cooking water in a bowl. Add the mixture to the potatoes and mash everything using the bamix® whisk to form a creamy mash. Season with salt.
Toast the sesame seeds briefly in an ungreased pan until they are fragrant. Remove and sprinkle over the mash. Serve hot.
