- 1 pcyellow sweet pepper
- 2 pcsonions
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 1 pcgarlic clove
- 1 pinchsalt and pepper
- 1 pinchpaprika powder

Wash, dry and clean the peppers and chop each using the bamix® SliceSy® and the chopping blade. Peel the onions and chop them finely using the bamix® SliceSy® and the chopping blade. Fry the red sweet pepper with half of the chopped onions in a little olive oil in one pot and the yellow sweet pepper in another. Put 1/2 crushed clove of garlic in each pot. Cook until the peppers are very soft. Purée both the red and yellow peppers with the bamix® multi-purpose blade and bring to the boil again briefly to obtain thicker consistancy. Season both spreads with salt and pepper, add a good pinch of paprika powder to the red one and add the thyme leaves to the yellow one. Serve with roasted baguette slices.
