Using the bamix® with the SliceSy®, carefully process all the ingredients for the dough until a smooth, elastic dough has been created. Cover and allow it to rest for just under an hour. The dough has reached twice its volume at this stage, is shiny and does not stick. Flour the dough a little, roll it out to about 1 cm or slightly less and cut into 12 equal strips. Sprinkle cheese on the strips of dough, place a mini sausage on top of each one and roll up at an angle. Press on the ends of the dough a little and place hotdogs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Blend the egg with salt and brush it on the pizza hotdogs. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place the tray in the middle of the preheated oven. Bake in oven preheated to 170 °C for approx. 15–20 minutes.
Sauce: Mix the sour cream and ketchup using the bamix® with the whisk attachment and serve with the pizza hotdogs while they are still warm.
