Peach and Passion Fruit Dream
Drain the peaches and cut into cubes. Whip the cream with the bamix® beater until stiff. Gradually swirl in the whipped cream stabiliser, vanilla sugar and sugar. Stir the yoghurt until smooth and fold in the cream. Place the peaches in a shallow casserole dish and spread the yoghurt crème on top. Whisk the passion fruit juice and the vanilla sauce powder with the bamix® whisk until smooth, spread over the yoghurt cream and swirl with a spoon. Refrigerate for approx. 2 hours. Coarsely chop the Amarettini biscuits with the bamix® processor. Arrange the peach and passion fruit dream and sprinkle the Amarettini crumbs over it.
