Put all the ingredients, except the oil, in the beaker and process well, using the bamix® with the whisk. Then let the oil trickle into the mixture in a thin stream while the bamix® continues to work until the mayonnaise has reached the desired firmness. If the ingredients are at the same temperature, this will guarantee that the mayonnaise turns out well.
Another method of preparation Put all the ingredients in the beaker (a minimum of ¼ l oil is required). Let the bamix® with the whisk stay in place at the bottom of the receptacle for about 5 seconds and let it work. After the ingredients have bound with the oil, mix the mixture in the beaker at speed 1.
