Slice the aubergines. Drizzle the olive oil over the aubergine slices and season with salt and pepper. Barbecue the slices for approx. 4–5 minutes on each side.
In the meantime, mix the olive oil with the remaining marinade ingredients in the beaker to make a marinade, using the bamix® with the mincer. Arrange the aubergines in a deep plate. Add the marinade, cover the plate and marinate for at least 2–6 hours.
