Peel the mango. Cut the flesh from the pit, cut 2/3 into cubes and the rest into wedges. Remove the seeds from the nectarine and also cut into cubes. Grate the zest of 1 orange and squeeze out the juice. Purée the mango and nectarine cubes, orange zest, orange juice, lemon juice, plain yoghurt, sparkling water and ice cubes very finely in the 1.0 l bamix® jug using the bamix® multi-purpose blade. Sweeten with icing sugar to taste. Pass through a sieve and serve ice cold, garnished with mango wedges.
