Directions

Remove the leaves from the stalk of the cauliflower. Cut off the florets and roughly grate them using the bamix® SliceSy® and grater no. 3 until the cauliflower is rice-like. This should yield about 600 g of grated cauliflower. Heat the oil in a large pan at medium temperature. Finely chop the garlic using the bamix® SliceSy® and the chopping blade. Add the chopped garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until it is fragrant and golden yellow. Add the cauliflower, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 6-7 minutes until the "rice" is tender. Finely chop the herbs and scallions with the bamix® SliceSy®, then stir in and serve warm.
