For the batter, put the baking powder, mineral water and vinegar into the bamix® SliceSy® with the chopping blade. Add the remaining batter ingredients and mix with the bamix® on speed 2, until smooth.
Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core and then dice them. Melt the margarine in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Pour the batter into the pan and bake on one side for 5 to 7 minutes, until golden brown. After about 2 minutes, spread the apple cubes and the raisins over the batter. Use a spatula to lift the batter in between and make sure that the batter does not burn.
Then divide the pancake into four triangles, flip them over and fry the other side, until golden brown. Then tear the triangles into pieces using two spatulas. Add the agave syrup and let it caramelise for 1 minute while flipping the pancake pieces.
Process 4 tbsp sugar into icing sugar using the bamix® Processor and the PowderDisc. Before serving, dust the Kaiserschmarren with icing sugar.
Pour the apple sauce into a dip bowl and place in the centre of a large plate. Spread the Kaiserschmarrn around the bowl and dust with the icing sugar.
