For the Kaiserschmarren, first separate the eggs. Mix the milk, flour, salt, baking powder, sugar and egg yolks using the bamix® whisk and leave to rest for 10 minutes. Beat the egg whites with the bamix® beater until stiff and fold into the batter. Stir in the raisins. Heat half the butter in a frying pan. Pour in the batter and fry gently over medium heat until golden brown. Flip, add the remaining butter and fry until the other side is golden brown as well. Now tear into pieces with two forks and continue frying briefly. Dust the Kaiserschmarren with icing sugar before serving. Icing sugar can be produced using the bamix® Processor and the bamix® PowderDisc.
