Directions

Purée the cooked chickpeas, clove of garlic and the tahini using the bamix® multi-purpose blade. Add the cold water and purée everything into a creamy mixture using the bamix® multi-purpose blade. Finally, stir in the remaining ingredients and season the hummus to taste.
