- 150 mlcream
- 100 mlmilk
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 100 gicing sugar

Sort the frozen raspberries and purée them using the bamix® multi-purpose blade. Add icing sugar, lemon juice, milk and cream to the raspberries and mix again briefly. Place in the freezer for a short time to achieve the desired consistency. Use an ice-cream scoop to divide into ice cream bowls.
