- 1 xgarlic clove
- 1 xtray of garden cress

Peel the garlic, pluck off the parsley leaves, chop with 1 teaspoon coarse salt in the beaker, using the bamix® with the meat mincer; put in the beaker with the butter. Stir until very creamy, using the bamix® with the whisk. Gradually stir in the cream cheese.
Cut the chives into fine slices. Add the cress and the chives and briefly stir them in, using the bamix® with the whisk. Season the butter to taste with pepper, and possibly with salt, and leave to chill.
