Directions

Remove the pit from the avocado and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Place in the bamix® 1.0 l jug and coarsely purée with the bamix® multi-purpose blade.
Wash the tomato and peel the onion. Finely chop both using the bamix® SliceSy® and the chopping blade, then add to the avocado in the bamix® 1.0 l jug together with the lemon juice, olive oil and agave syrup. Mix well. Season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco and serve in a bowl.
Wash the coriander, shake dry, chop finely using the bamix® SliceSy® and the chopping blade and top the guacamole with it.
The guacamole can be used as a burger topping, for example, but also tastes good on its own on a toasted bun. The guacamole should be eaten immediately.
Tip: Recognising a ripe avocado: if the avocado gives way when you press lightly on the skin and it is green under the stem, the avocado is ripe.
