- 250 mlmilk
- 30 gginger
- 1 tsphoney
- 1 tspcurcuma
- 0,5 tspcinnamon
- 1 pinchpepper

Put milk into the thermo beaker. Peel the ginger and also put it into the thermo beaker. First finely chop everything, using the bamix® with the meat mincer. Then add the turmeric, pepper, cinnamon and any other spices and mix using the bamix® with the mincer attachment. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup. Some people recommend adding some coconut oil to the mixture.
If you wish, you can also experiment with the spices and add nutmeg (1 pinch) or cardamom (½ teaspoon) to the ingredients mentioned above.
Ginger provides us with iron, magnesium, calcium and phosphorus, amongst other things. Its essential oil contains pungent substances that act as antioxidants. They boost the metabolism and strengthen the immune system.
