First, beat the butter, egg yolks and sugar with the bamix® whisk until foamy. Then, stir in the flour, ground cloves, cinnamon and lemon zest and mix to a short pastry using the bamix® multi-purpose blade. Now, place the dough in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface and cut out star-shaped biscuits. Place the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C top/bottom heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
