Bring the water to the boil with 1 tsp salt. Add the frozen peas to the boiling water and cook for about 1 minute; strain, rinse with cold water and leave to drain.
Finely grate the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice. Put the lemon juice and zest into the bamix® 0.6 l beaker together with the peas, olive oil and curry powder and purée using the bamix® multipurpose blade.
Wash the rocket leaves, remove the thick stems, chop with the bamix® Processor and stir into the curry pea spread. Season the spread with salt and cayenne pepper and leave to infuse for 1 hour before serving.
