  • 175 gbutter
  • 125 gbrown sugar
  • 3 pcsapples
  • 50 gsugar
  • 1 pcvanilla pod
  • 100 gbilberries
  • 4 pcsramekins

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Put the flour in a bowl, add flakes of butter and sprinkle the cane sugar on top. Work the mixture with your hands to form a crumble. Wash the apples and cut them into slices using the bamix® SliceSy® with disc no. 4. Scrape out the pulp from the vanilla pod and add to the sugar; mix in. Wash the bilberries and mix them in, as well. Place the fruit mixture in heat-resistant ramekins and cover generously with the crumble.
Put the ramekins in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes, until the crumble turns a golden brown colour. Remove the ramekins from the oven and allow to cool.
