For the crème
- 100 gdark chocolates
- 100 mlcream
- 100 gplain yoghurt
- 350 gmascarpone
- 30 gsugar
- 8 gvanilla sugar

For the crème
Use a large knife to make approx. 4 tbsp of chocolate shavings. Finely grate the rest of the chocolate with the bamix® SliceSy® and the chopping blade. Using the bamix® beater, beat the cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone with the plain yoghurt, grated chocolate, sugar and vanilla sugar. Carefully fold in the stiff cream. Arrange the stracciatella crème with the marinated strawberries and chocolate shavings.

Clean the strawberries and cut into large pieces. Coarsely chop the mint with the bamix® processor. Wash the orange with hot water, rub dry, finely grate 1 tsp of peel and squeeze out 2 tbsp of juice. Mix the strawberries with the mint, honey, orange juice and zest.
