Wash courgette. Peel and dice potatoes. Steam spinach and potatoes in little water and let simmer for approx. 10 minutes.
Defrost salmon and steam for 10 minutes. Purée salmon together with spinach, potatoes and orange juice with the bamix®. Add rapeseed oil.
