Grate all ingredients with the bamix® SliceSy® and disc no. 3. Then mix the cabbage, scallions, carrot, coriander, mint, basil, peanuts and sesame seeds in a large bowl with the dressing as desired. Leave a few peanuts and sesame seeds to garnish. Garnish with the remaining peanuts and sesame seeds before serving.
Add vegetable oil, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, mustard, sesame oil and finely chopped garlic to the 600 ml bamix® beaker and mix using the bamix® whisk.
