  • 200 ghazelnuts
  • 100 galmonds
  • 100 gflour
  • 125 gMarzipan paste
  • 250 gsugar
  • 2 tsppaprika powder
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 3 pcsegg white
  • 100 gicing sugar
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 tbspchilli flakes

Finely chop the nuts separately with the bamix® processor. Then, roast them in a pan without grease, stirring constantly. Chop the marzipan paste with the bamix® SliceSy® and the chopping blade. Mix 2 egg whites with the marzipan, sugar, paprika powder and 1 pinch of salt and blend into a dough with the bamix® multi-purpose blade. Then work in the nuts and the flour.
Roll out the dough between 2 layers of baking paper to a thickness of approx. 1 cm. Preheat the oven to 160 °C (fan oven 140 °C). Cut out stars from the dough and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake on the middle rack for approx. 10 minutes until the stars can easily slide on the paper.
For the glazing, beat the egg whites with the bamix® beater until stiff, then gradually add the icing sugar and continue stirring until the mixture looks thick and shiny. During this process, drizzle in the lemon juice. Using a knife, spread the glazing immediately on the biscuits, then sprinkle with chilli flakes.
