For the marinade, mix the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, pepper, honey and spring onions, using the bamix® with the meat mincer. Brush the chicken wings all over with the marinade. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or, if possible, overnight.
After marinating, barbecue the chicken wings over medium heat (160 degrees) until they are firm, golden and cooked. Barbecued chicken wings are perfect with barbecued vegetables.
