- 4 xchicken breast
- 100 gdijon mustard
- 20 gmustard seeds
- 5 gtarragon
- 1 Tbspcanola oil
- 1 pinchsalt and pepper

Chop the pepper, mustard seeds, salt and tarragon, using the bamix® with the processor. Rub the chicken breast with the mustard and then sprinkle the spice mixture over it. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Prepare the barbecue for indirect heat (175 degrees). Barbecue for about 25 minutes until the meat is golden brown and has reached a core temperature of 75 degrees. Slice and serve.
