Tip: The spreads can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Please do not freeze them; they will release a lot of water when defrosted.
For the beetroot spread
- 200 gcooked beetroots
- 150 gcream cheese
- 1 pcshallot
- 1 tbspolive oil

For the beetroot spread
Use the bamix® multi-purpose blade to purée the beetroot together with the cream cheese. Do the same with the carrots. Finely chop the shallot using the bamix® SliceSy® and the chopping blade and add to the purée. Stir in the remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
