Fry the cashew nuts and use the bamix® multi-purpose blade to mix them with the fennel flowers or rocket, the fresh herbs, a little salt and a squeeze of lemon juice to make a pesto.
Cook the black pasta in a pot of salted water. Cut the sugar snap peas in fine strips, heat some butter in a pan and fry the peas with the dried tomatoes. Mix the pesto with the pasta and serve with the sugar snap peas and dried tomatoes.
