- 2 xkiwi
- 1 xpear
- 2 bunchbasil
- 2 handfulsstinging nettles
- 1 handfulspinach
- 2 tsplemon juice

Peel the kiwi and cut it in half. Wash the pear, cut it in quarters and remove the core. Put both in the thermo beaker. Pluck the upper leaves from the nettles and wash them. Wash the basil and pluck off the leaves. Also wash the spinach.
Put the nettles, basil, spinach and the lemon juice in the thermo beaker. Add the water and mix everything until it is as smooth as you wish, using the bamix® with the meat mincer.
