- 8 xzwieback
- 3 xbell pepper
- 2 xgarlic cloves
- 1 xchilli
- 1 xlemon
- 6 tbspolive oil

Wash and trim the bell peppers, drizzle with olive oil and briefly roast them on the barbecue. Then pull off the skin, put the peppers and nuts in the beaker and briefly mix everything into a mixture, using the bamix® with the mincer.
Add the toasts/rusks, garlic, olive oil, chili pepper, salt, pepper and a dash of lemon juice and again mix everything briefly, using the bamix® with the mincer. Finally, season to taste again with salt, pepper and grenadine syrup.
