Crumble the yeast into 300 ml lukewarm water and dissolve in the water while stirring. Work the yeast water, sugar, salt and butter into a smooth dough, using the bamix® with the mincer. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
Form equally sized balls from the yeast dough. Brush one side of the dough balls with olive oil and then place them on the barbecue with the oiled side down. Grill the dough balls for approx. 6 minutes.
