First pluck off the basil leaves, rinse and shake dry. Now roast the pine nuts at medium heat in a pan until golden brown. Finely chop the Parmesan in the bamix® Processor. Then add the pine nuts and the garlic and mix briefly. Now add the olive oil and basil together with the mixture of Parmesan, pine nuts and garlic to the 1.0 l bamix® jug and mix with the bamix® multi-purpose blade. If necessary, push the ingredients back down in the jug and purée well once again until a smooth consistency is achieved. Of course you can add more oil if a more liquid pesto is desired. Finally, place in the refrigerator.
