For the basic Christmas biscuit dough, use the bamix® multi-purpose blade to mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Then wrap in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 170 °C top/bottom heat and line a baking tray with baking paper. Take the dough out of the fridge, roll out on a floured work surface and cut out the desired shapes. Bake the biscuits in the oven for 15 minutes. Tip: Make sure that the dough is not too warm - otherwise it becomes brittle.
