Mix the honey, rum, sugar, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg in the beaker, using the bamix® with the mincer. Peel the bananas and brush them with the marinade. Brush the barbecue with oil and grill the bananas on each side. At the edge of the barbecue, roast coconut flakes and peanut kernels on aluminium foil until golden brown. Portion the banana roughly into diagonal pieces, drizzle with marinade.
Beat the cream and the sugar until stiff, using the bamix® with the beater on speed 1. Put the whipped cream on the bananas, sprinkle with the roasted coconut flakes and peanut kernels and arrange the ice-cream next to it.
