For the chocolate sauce
- 50 gsugar
- 3 tbspcocoa powder
- 70 mlwater
For the crème
- 150 gplain yoghurt
- 100 gcurd cheese
- 1 pcvanilla pod
- 3 tbspsugar
- 200 mlcream
- 2 pcsbananas
- 150 gchocolate biscuits

For the chocolate sauce
Put the water and sugar in a pot and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat, add the cocoa powder and whisk with the bamix® whisk until smooth. Set the chocolate sauce aside.
For the crème
Mix the plain yoghurt with the curd cheese in a bowl using the bamix® whisk. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the pulp. Stir into the crème together with the sugar using the bamix® whisk. Whip the crème with the bamix® beater until stiff and fold in.
The finish
Peel the bananas and cut them into thin slices. Put the chocolate biscuits into the bamix® processor and chop coarsely. Fill 6 glasses, alternating with the biscuits, the crème, the banana slices and the chocolate sauce. Refrigerate until serving and garnish as desired.
