For the delicious Baileys balls, first mix the Baileys and the coconut shavings well in a bowl and leave to infuse for approx. 40 minutes.
Chop the chocolate with the bamix® and the Processor. Now melt the butter with the cream and the chopped chocolate in a bain-marie while mixing with the bamix® multi-purpose blade.
Mix the melted chocolate with the Baileys-coconut mixture using the bamix® multi-purpose blade. Leave to cool at room temperature and then place in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Take the mass out of the fridge and form small balls with moistened hands.
Roll the Baileys balls in the coconut shavings. If desired, place in paper liners and refrigerate until ready to eat.
