- 60 gbacon
- 40 gfatty bacon
- 4 sprigsparsley

Chop both types of bacon in the beaker, using the bamix® with the meat mincer. Pan-fry until crispy. Collect the bacon grease, let it cool until lukewarm and whip up with the butter until creamy, using the bamix® with the whisk.
Pluck the parsley leaves, add to the fried onions and bacon and chop finely, using the bamix® with the meat mincer. Add the parsley, bacon and fried onion to the butter and season with pepper and 1 pinch of salt.
