Directions


Put the whole aubergine on the barbecue. It can also be placed next to the embers. The aubergine should be really black all around - it will then be very soft inside.
In the meantime, mix olive oil, garlic, tahini, sesame, lemon juice, honey, cumin and parsley, using the bamix® with the mincer. Peel the skin off the aubergine. Puree the aubergine mixture with the previously prepared mixture again, using the bamix® with the mincer attachment.
