Wash, peel, quarter and core the apples and slice them using the bamix® SliceSy® slicer (fine). Stir the yeast dough again and then stir in the apples.
Heat the deep-frying oil in a wide saucepan to 180 °C. The temperature is reached when bubbles rise on the handle of a wooden spoon. Cut doughnuts off the yeast dough with a tablespoon and deep-fry in portions. Remove the fi nished apple doughnuts and let them drain on kitchen paper. Mix the sugar with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and turn the doughnuts in it.
