Apple cake
Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Cover the baking tray with baking paper. For the dough, mix the yeast with the milk and some sugar using the bamix® with the mincer attachment and let it rest briefly. Mix the flour with the remaining sugar, add the yeast mixture and work into a dough with the butter using the bamix® and the mincer attachment. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 60 minutes.
Crumble
Peel and core the apples, then slice them using the bamix® with the SliceSy® with the slicer attachment (coarse). For the crumble, knead all the ingredients together using the bamix® SliceSy® attachment. Cover the baking tray with the dough, spread the apple slices over the dough and sprinkle with the crumble. Bake in a hot oven for about 30 minutes.
