For the cinnamon apples
- 3 pcssour apples
- 2 tbspsugar cane
- 1 tspcinnamon
- 50 mlwater
For the cinnamon crème
- 150 glow fat curd cheese
- 150 ggreek yoghurt
- 2 tbspsugar cane
- 1 tspcinnamon

- 6 pcssponge fingers
- 4 pcsdessert glasses

For the cinnamon apples
Peel the apples, cut them into quarters and remove the core. Then, roughly grate them with the bamix® SliceSy® and disc no. 3. Bring the grated apples, cane sugar, cinnamon and water to the boil in a pot. With the pot covered, simmer on low heat for about 5 to 6 minutes. Then, pour into a sieve, drain and leave to cool.
For the cinnamon crème
Put the Greek yoghurt and the low-fat curd cheese in a bowl and mix well with the cane sugar and cinnamon using the bamix® whisk.
The finish
Coarsely chop the sponge fingers in the bamix® processor. First, place a layer of apples in the dessert glasses, then sprinkle some of the sponge finger crumbs on top and add some of the cinnamon crème. Then, repeat the whole process, cover and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
