Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
First, chop the hazelnuts with the bamix® and the Processor. Then chop the chocolate with the bamix® and the Processor. Using the bamix® and the beater, beat the softened butter together with the egg, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt, then add to the other mixture and stir using the bamix® and the multi-purpose blade. Carefully stir in the chopped hazelnuts and chocolate.
Using a teaspoon, place small heaps of the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. They will later turn into round biscuits, so make sure there is enough space. Bake on the middle rack for approx. 12 to 14 minutes. Leave the biscuits to cool and store them in a tin.
